BenefitLeakIQ is a product of Blue Horn Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

Contact information: Name, email address, company name, job title, and phone number provided through our forms.

Audit data: Benefits enrollment exports and payroll register exports provided by clients for analysis. These files are processed solely for the purpose of generating audit findings.

Usage data: Standard web analytics including pages visited, browser type, and referring URLs.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide audit services, generate estimates, communicate with clients, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

Client audit data is processed against CSV exports only. We do not request system access, API tokens, or login credentials. Employee records are referenced by ID only — full names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth are excluded from our analysis engine and not stored. Raw export files are deleted within 30 days of engagement close upon client request.

5. Data Sharing

BenefitLeakIQ does not share client findings with any third party. Findings are delivered in a confidential report intended only for authorized internal personnel, benefits brokers, and legal counsel.
